Introduction:

Students are the backbone of nations and builders of the future, their training and involvement the need of the hour. They have always been played a vital role in the rise and fall of nations and movements. No doubt they can contribute a lot in making any organization successful. In order to further the aims of this Mustafvi mission it was essential to organize students and thus this became the spirit and motive to formualte MSM (sisters) - Mustafvi Students Movement.

By the Grace of Allah Almighty & blessings of His Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) MSM (sisters) have started their working. The working plan of MSM (sisters) for year 2008-2009 is given below.

Aims:

1. To deliver the message & thought of Minaj-ul-Qur’an to students.

2. To organize students for Mustafvi Mission

3. To train students on spiritual & moral basis and make them into better human beings

4. To enhance the leadership skills of students by organizational training and workshops

5. To ensure the dynamic leadership for Tehreek continues by  passing students through various educational and training processes

Working Procedure:

MSM (sisters) is one of the most important departments of Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League, based on the quality of its work. They have a direct interaction with influential members of society. Thus this department has been reactivated. Initially, the following procedure has been followed:

1. A team (having 3 members) at central level

2. Representatives of MSM(sisters) Coordinators in all Model Cities & Conveners in educational institutes

3. Spiritual & Moral training of students by short learning courses, Irfan-ul-Qura’n Circles & Darood-o-Salam Circles

4. To make Members active workers

How to Get Membership?

If a student (female) agrees to the purposes of MSM she can register by filling the membership form and be a member of the World’s largest organization.

Initially, Sister Sajida Sadiq is working as Director in The Directorate of MSM (sisters) at the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Qura’n.

Training workshops:

For the spiritual & moral training of Mustafvi Students student training workshops are arranged at central secretariat. These types of Workshops are a great source of spreading awareness among students so that they could play their effective role for the betterment of Society.

By the grace of Allah Almighty and blessings of His beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH and fayz of Hazoor Shaykh-ul-Islam Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri 1^st training workshop (for working year 2008-2009) for students was held on 7^th September 2008 from the Platform of Minhaj-ul-Qura’n Women League.

Lecturers: Mrs. Fatima Mash’hadi (President MWL),Miss Sumaira Rafaqat (Director MWL),Miss Sajida Sadiq (Director MSM sisters), Miss Iffat Waheed (Director, Directorate of Training)

In this workshop 60 students participated from all parts of Lahore representing 5 Universities, 12 Colleges and 3 Schools. The program began with recitation of The Holy Qura’n and Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool SAW and then followed by Sister Sajida Sadiq who gave warm welcome to attendees. In her talk she introduced MSM (sisters) and talked about its aims and purposes.

Miss Sumaira Rafaqat threw light on the topic “Khidmat-e-Deen main Tulba ka Kirdar” (Role of Students in serving Islam). She said that students were the motivating agents behind all successful  movements. So in this era of moral decadence, a big responsibility lies on the shoulders of the students to curb on all the social ills of the society.  

Mrs. Fatima Mash’hadi delivered a very comprehensive lecture on the topic “Hum (Tulba) Apna Ramadan kaise Guzaren” (How to spend our (students) Ramadan). She said that Ramdan-ul-Mubarik is a training session in which one can easily attain piety, blessings of Allah Almighty and His will by working hard and by following the guidelines given by Qura’n.

This training workshop ended on special prayer by Miss Fareeha Khan (Director of Dawa’)
