Students’ Awareness Congregation to be a milestone in country's history: MSM President

Students’ Awareness Congregation being organized by Mustafvi Students Movement (MSM) on November 19 will be the biggest and unique congregation of Lahore’s history. Hundreds of thousands of students will attend the event and launch a struggle to bring about positive change in the country. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will deliver his keynote speech on the occasion and give a special message to the students.

Tajammal Hussain, president of MSM, expressed these views while addressing the meeting of executive members held to review the arrangements in Nasir Bagh Lahore. MSM President said that the circumstances the country was mired in demanded of the students to play the same role they played during the freedom movement. He said that heavy responsibility rested on the shoulders of the students to step in the practical arena and discharge their responsibility of creating awareness among the masses in a bid to change the system. He said that the Lahore city would be a witness to the determination of students that they would not leave any stone unturned to strengthen the country under the leadership of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

Mr. Tajjamal Hussain said that the students would have to play in an organized and efficient manner for elimination of extremism and negative attitudes. He said that 25 committees had been formed to make arrangements that will submit their reports on daily basis. MSM President said that the Students’ Congregation would prove to be milestone for the upcoming change in the country because the country’s destiny is linked to the youth and students.
