Central PAT President Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi has said that PAT chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri could not proceed to Saudi Arabia due to Model Town tragedy. He said that Dr Qadri is still under treatment. He said that the doctors had advised him not to travel. However, it was his desire to have the privilege of performing Umra and spending a few days at the shrine of the Holy Prophet (SAW) in Madina. He said that some of the important tests of Dr Qadri are still pending and he is still under treatment. He said that he would go back to the US after spending a few days in Saudi Arabia where his treatment will continue.
