The organizational meeting of the Mustafavi Students Movement (MSM) Lahore Zone was held at the Central Secretariat in Model Town. The meeting was attended by central, provincial, district office-bearers and zonal presidents of MSM. The session was presided over by Sheikh Farhan Aziz, the Central President of Mustafavi Students Movement Pakistan.

Performance reports for 2025 were presented, and the performance of district organizations was reviewed. A future strategy was developed to create ideological and intellectual awareness in educational institutions. It was decided during the meeting that an “Education Budget Seminar” would be held on May 31, 2025, which will feature participation from educationists and economic experts.

With mutual consultation and unanimous agreement among the participants, Usama Mushtaq was elected as the President of MSM Lahore Zone. Central President Sheikh Farhan Aziz congratulated the newly elected president and emphasized the need for united efforts to face the challenges confronting students.

He stated that student organizations play a vital role in the intellectual guidance of society, and they must empower the younger generation through positive activities. He highlighted that the Mustafavi Students Movement is an ideological movement, delivering the message of knowledge, peace, and reform to the youth under the leadership of its founder and patron-in-chief, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.

He added that MSM’s mission is not just to produce degree-holders, but to create conscious, ethical, and community-serving citizens. He stressed the importance of introducing such positive activities in educational institutions that keep students away from negative influences and extremism, while promoting values like patriotism, unity, tolerance, and coexistence. He asserted that if today's youth embrace constructive thinking, tomorrow’s Pakistan can become a civilized, developed, and peaceful country.

In his address, the newly elected president Usama Mushtaq said that the Mustafavi Students Movement is committed to the mission of intellectual, ideological, educational, and moral training of students. He pledged to spread the message of awareness and peace in educational institutions in line with Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s vision. He emphasized that MSM represents the thought and philosophy of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri.

At the end of the meeting, student leaders paid tribute to the timely and courageous actions of the Pakistani armed forces. They declared that the entire nation stands united like a solid wall with its brave military. They acknowledged that Pakistan’s armed forces have always made unparalleled sacrifices for the defense of the motherland and have given a befitting response to every act of aggression by the enemy.

The meeting was also attended by student leaders including Rao Taseer, Qazi Ahsan, Zeeshan Mustafavi, Rashid Mustafavi, Muhammad Qasim Sajjad, and others.
