Muslims should strengthen their bond with Holy Prophet (SAW): Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri

The Muslim Ummah needs to create a passion to deserve Divine magnanimity and Prophetic mercy. The best way to get connected to the person of the Holy Prophet (SAW) is to act upon his teachings both in individual and collective lives. Minhaj-ul-Quran International is engaged in efforts to guide the people along the path prescribed by the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet. The people should dedicate their lives for it. ‘Koh-e-Toor’ failed to stand the Divine glitter and was razed into pieces while it is the person of the Holy Prophet (SAW) who had the rare honour of seeing his Lord many a time. We need to stay connected to his person and strengthen our emotional bond with him, for in it lies our salvation.

Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President of MQI’s Supreme Council, expressed these views while addressing ‘Miraj-e-Mustafa Conference in Greece. Mirza Bashir Baig, Hafiz Mushtaq, Sajjad Hussain Qadri, Muhammad Adil Qadri, and Hafiz Kamran were also present on the occasion. People belonging to various walks of life including business, community welfare, politics, and religion attended the conference in large numbers.

Dr Hassan said that on the exalted occasion of Miraj, which is a rare event in human history, the Holy Prophet (SAW) did not forget his followers. He said that when Allah Almighty made 50 prayers binding on the believers, the Prophet (SAW) kept on imploring his Lord till they were reduced to 5. The beloved Prophet kept the ease and facilitation of his followers in view at that time. He said that prayer is a zenith of a Muslim to which he aspires. He said that whosoever wanted to enjoy blessings of Miraj, he should offer prayers as per its spirit.
